The Val di Fassa Guest Card is valid all year round and includes, in every season, the benefits provided by the Trentino Guest Card. Free services and discounts are valid in June and September 2026.
The Val di Fassa Guest Card is the valley’s card, designed to accompany you throughout your holiday. It is available in paper or digital format and includes experiences, services, and discounts for museums, thermal spas, and guided tours.
And there is also an extra practical benefit: with the Guest Card, you can leave your car parked and travel using the included public transport services.
What are the benefits?
In addition to countless benefits for your experiences in the valley, the Val di Fassa Guest Card also allows you to enter museums, castles, and natural parks free of charge, and to travel freely throughout Trentino by public transport for your entire holiday.
You can book admissions and services, and enjoy free or discounted access to the main museums, castles, and natural parks. With the Val di Fassa Guest Card, you can move around the valley in a convenient and sustainable way.
Transport services are available all year round or during specific seasonal periods: below, you will find them divided by season.
With the Card in your smartphone you can:
- Panorama Pass: by presenting your Val di Fassa Guest Card at the time of purchase, you can enjoy additional free days. The discounted price of the Panorama Pass will vary depending on the ticket option selected. The last day of use for all types of Panorama Pass will be 30 June. The offer will be available again from 8 September. You can also purchase ITAS Active insurance, covering multisport third-party liability and accident protection, at a discounted rate (-15%).
Outside the indicated periods, no discount will be available on the purchase of the Panorama Pass.
- Use public transport in Trentino, including trains, at a discounted rate, only for journeys with both departure and arrival within Trentino. Enjoy discounted prices on skibus passes. Take part in outdoor activities and experiences at discounted prices. Access more than 60 museums, 20 castles, and over 40 attractions, including the Arena di Verona. Taste local food and wine products and purchase them at discounted prices in affiliated shops. Enjoy over 60 activities in Trentino at discounted rates.
Initiatives and activities with Val di Fassa Card
In Val di Fassa, the Guest Card allows you, for example, to leave your car parked at the hotel. You can travel comfortably and sustainably by public transport, or even set off from home for your holiday without a car. In addition, the many services included in the Val di Fassa Guest Card in Trentino are available throughout the entire season.
Guest Card is operational in summer and winter.

Val Duron shuttles
Taxi connection from Campitello to Rifugio Micheluzzi. From May to October, a minibus taxi service is available to reach Val Duron from Campitello, connecting the village with Rifugio Micheluzzi.It is a convenient way to cover the first stretch of the valley, which is closed to vehicle traffic, and enjoy one of the most beautiful landscapes in Val di Fassa without any worries.
Pushchairs can be transported, with a maximum of 2 per trip. Dogs are allowed with a leash and muzzle. Single ride for adults: €10 Single ride for children up to 10 years old: €5 Single ride for dogs: €3/5 depending on size With the Val di Fassa Guest Card: 1 free return trip ONLY from 25/05 to 21/06 and from 07/09 to 11/10, provided that at least 3 people travel on the shuttle per trip. Dogs are excluded from the free offer.

Val San Nicolò shuttles:
- It is one of the most beautiful and highest Dolomite valleys, reachable from Pozza only on foot, by mountain bike, or by shuttle bus. Val San Nicolò is a popular destination for hikers and is also easy to reach for families with children.
- Val Monzoni Shuttle
It is a side valley of the well-known Val San Nicolò, but no less fascinating, and can be reached from Pozza only on foot, by mountain bike, or by shuttle bus.
The trails crossing the wild Val Monzoni make it less “touristy”, as they are more challenging. But don’t let the climb discourage you: the effort is absolutely worth it!
To make the route easier, which is closed to vehicle traffic, a shuttle service runs during the summer months from Pozza to Malga Monzoni, with departures every 30 minutes.

Children travel free up to 6 years old, with a 1:1 ratio
Single ride for dogs: € 3
Dogs are allowed, with a leash and muzzle required.
With the Val di Fassa Guest Card: from Friday 5 June until 21 June, and from 7 September until the end of the service period, one free return trip per person included on the card will be included with the Val di Fassa Guest Card.
To benefit from the free ride, guests can go to the ticket office at the shuttle departure point in Vidor, San Giovanni di Fassa, and show a valid Val di Fassa Guest Card.
Shuttles operate from 29 May to 20 September 2026.
- Val Contrin Shuttles
Connection from Alba di Canazei to Baita Locia Contrin. From June to October, a minibus taxi service is available to reach Val Contrin from Alba, connecting the Ciampac cable car car park with Baita Locia Contrin, the gateway to the valley of the same name, which is closed to vehicle traffic.
From here, you continue on foot towards Rifugio Contrin along a 3.4 km route with 280 metres of elevation gain.
The average walking time is around 1 hour and 15 minutes.
- Single ride for 1 to 4 people: € 32
- Single ride from 5 people: € 8 per person
- Single ride for dogs: € 3
With the Val di Fassa Guest Card only until 21/06 and from 07/09, 1 free return trip is included, provided that at least 4 people travel on the shuttle per trip.
Dogs are excluded from the free offer.
Dogs are allowed, maximum 1 per shuttle, with a leash and muzzle.
Fassa & Fiemme Bike Express: 40% discount on the ride price for adults and children.
Fassa Express tourist train: € 0.50 discount on the return ticket for a single ride and € 1 discount on the complete tour with the tourist train in Canazei and Campitello.
- Winter mobility services:
Ski Bus usually to be confirmed at the beginning of the winter season.
Mobility services available in both seasons:
- Trentino Trasporti: to reach Val di Fassa from Trento and move easily from one village to another within the valley, you can use the Trentino Trasporti public transport service, which operates in the Province of Trento.
Access to the entire provincial public transport network, including urban and extra-urban lines, Dolomite pass routes, and regional trains.
- Altoadigemobilità: to reach Val di Fassa from Bolzano, you can use the altoadigemobilità public transport service, which operates in the Province of Bolzano.
Access on the following routes: line 180 Bolzano – Vigo di Fassa; line 471 Canazei – Passo Sella, Passo Pordoi – Passo Sella. Panorama Pass: 10% discount on the purchase of the card.

Val di Fassa Guest Card digital verssion
To activate the digital Val di Fassa Guest Card, follow these simple steps. On the day of your arrival at the hotel, you will receive by email the code of your card together with the link to download the Mio Trentino app. After completing the download, register in the app (login) and proceed to activate your card by entering the code provided.
Once activated, you will have access to a range of benefits directly from your smartphone. You can consult the information sheets, access museums and services using your digital card, book activities, use public transport, get discounts on the purchase of the Panorama Pass and create your travel itinerary.

How do you request the Val di Fassa Guest Card?

The Val di Fassa Guest Card is free and available in digital or paper form.
The card is always included in our proposal of stay, without any additional cost: you will be sent directly by email or SMS already before your arrival from the accommodation facility that hosts you.
Once you have received the invitation to use the Card by e-mail or SMS, all you need to do is complete the activation and download the app, available for both Android and iOS.
Using the app you can:
- directly validate tickets to travel on all public transport in Trentino
- discover all the services included: clicking on the individual service will open the detailed information sheet (photo gallery, information, maps etc.) and also the services on reservation, with the possibility to book them online and check the possible availability of seats
- have the digital card available to access museums and many activities
- create your wishlist, and organize in advance your days
- book in advance, to access the services with peace of mind without risking queues or surprises
- have real-time updates during your holiday on all the news
- Remember all experiences, comment, leave reviews and feedback etc,
App allows you to have your card always at hand. Just download it for free from the store, register by entering the card data, click on “YOUR Guest Card” and show it to access the activities/ services.
The app also allows you to issue tickets for free use of public transport (Trentino Trasporti) during your holiday, from the start date of validity of the card. To activate the function, simply click on the “Travel by bus and train” button.
If you do not have a smartphone, you can ask for the printed card at check-in.
Upon your arrival at the hotel, you will be given the Val di Fassa Guest Card in paper form; simply show it to access the activities/services.
To travel on public transport, instead, it is necessary to request the card transports, you can ask directly in structure.
Are you coming on holiday by public transport?
After booking your stay in the hotel, request the Trentino Guest Card and activate directly from the app the “Mobility Pass in Trentino for arrival at destination”.
The pass includes discount codes to reach Trentino with FlixBus and MarinoBus and allows you, when you are in Trentino, to use free public transport to reach the location where you will stay (the pass is valid only on the day of arrival and for trips with origin and destination in Trentino and must be shown on APP or smartphone on board the vehicles).
Then, to continue to travel freely in Trentino for the duration of your holiday, all you have to do is use the app Trentino Guest Card or request at the structure or tourist offices the transport card, to be validated on board the buses or at the railway stations.
