If you are travelling with your dog before making your reservation, we invite you to send us a request by email because the presence of our dog inside the structure may make it impossible to accept some requests for booking with pets.
Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 14 days prior to the scheduled check-in date. Any deposit paid will be fully refunded.
For cancellations made between 14 and 7 days before arrival, the deposit will be retained by the property but may be applied as a credit toward and it’s be available 12 months.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled check-in date will result in the full retention of the deposit, which will not be refundable or transferable.
Any outstanding balance, if applicable, may be settled at the property prior to departure.I
